Instagram Ad - Lead Academy

Client

Lead Academy is a UK based organisation that provides leadership training to church leaders and leadership teams through a variety of one-off events as well as their flagship two-year Learning Communities.

Challenge

The key challenge for this project was creating an ad that would help the target audience understand the benefit that this one-off webinar about sleep would have to their leadership. This needed to be done in a way that would give gravitas to the session so that it in no way appeared ‘wishy-washy’ to the older demographic within Lead Academy’s target audience.

Solution

I worked on a pithy caption headline that would quickly link quality sleep to improved leadership, and followed this up with definite statements the target audience would relate to about the need for improvement of sleep quality amongst church leaders. A couple of sentences were then dedicated to building the credibility of the guest speaker before a call to action which highlighted the concrete benefits that attending the session would give.
